Just as others have been a flame of light for me, I now am that flame of light to help others move through their journey, to push back the darkness to bring out the light and power within themselves. until the time they can sustain their own flame and help reach others.

I want to uplift people and give them the opportunity and space to grow and know themselves, to be a better, more positive person.

I want to share the tools and concepts that I have learned, with others, in hopes that they can feel the power and strength that is within them.

The Modern Mystery School is where I have studied for over 15 years. I came in looking for something, hungering for something more, I couldn’t explain what it was. I found myself drawn to the teaching and rituals that were taught in the classes. I wasn’t sure at that time what exactly they were all about, but I could sense a power within every teaching, every concept.

The school is part of an ancient lineage that dates back 1000’s of years. To a time when magick, ceremony, and ritual were common practice. They were used to help communities to work together and create an abundant, peaceful lifestyle.

This school in specific has been brought out to the public to once again help to regain balance on the planet. This may take many years, but we believe it is possible The goal for the student is to learn, or remember, who they are, to Know Thyself. Not what they were told to be by society, religion or elsewhere, but to be guided and taught to find the answers within. Each step, or initiation, brings one to a higher vibration and understanding of consciousness. 

Gudni “Frater Ged” Gudnason

Born as Gudni Halldor Gudnason von Thoroddsen in northern Iceland is a direct descendant in the lineage of the War God Thor from the Eagle Vale Clan. Initiated into the lineage of King Salomon in the early 1970s, he was given priesthood powers from High Priest Melchizedek, Initiated into the Mysteries in the Great Pyramid of Giza in an overnight ceremony. Guardian of the secret of the Holy Grail, Initiated Celtic Medicine Man, Viking Shaman, Druid Priest, Templar Knight, and Egyptian High Priest of Isis.  In 1997, Gudni was given the authority and keys to open the North American Mystery School to the public.  It has been his mission since then to awaken the minds of humanity to a higher state of living and awareness, a life of joy.

Frater Dave “Thor” Lanyon

Initiated into the lineage in 2004, Ipsissimus Dave Lanyon has been the primary force behind the growth of The Mystery School. Since his first steps with the school, he has taken it upon himself to travel the globe and serve those who want to enrich their lives by knowing themselves.  He started by opening up the Modern Mystery School North American Headquarters, located in Toronto, Canada, and with his efforts, expanded from 12 countries to 55 in 12 years.

Frater  Hideto “REI” Nakagome

Ipsissimus Hideto Nakagome was initiated into the Modern Mystery School in 2000.  He has been the power behind the growth of the Modern Mystery School HQ located in Japan.  Before training with the school, Hideto studied as a shinto priest in esoteric Buddhism.   In his first encounter with Gudni, he immediately saw the importance of the mission of world peace that Gudni was trying to bring with the Modern Mystery School and wanted to support this undertaking right away. He has worked passionately ever since.
