It is the leading cause of unhappiness in the lives of most people.

There are techniques and exercises that can be done to help manage and overcome these stresses. In the Stress Rescue class, we will discuss the causes of stress, the effects of it, solutions on how to manage it, and techniques to take with you on how to relieve it in your daily life.
